Privacy and quote enquiries

What you share

When you request a quote, we collect the name, email address, phone number, city, lighting preferences, and any optional address, roofline measurements, or notes you provide. Campaign information from the page link may be included with your enquiry.

How we use it

We use these details to respond, prepare your quote, discuss availability, and arrange services you request. Sending a quote request does not book an installation, authorize a payment, or subscribe you to marketing.

Who handles your enquiry

Mathew and the Light ’Em Up Lighting team use your information to help with your request. Cloudflare hosts the website, stores submitted enquiries, and provides spam protection. Quote notifications are delivered to our business email through Google Workspace. We do not sell enquiry information.

Spam protection and service records

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical information needed for this check and website delivery. We also record your submission time, consent, and the status of email notifications so we can manage your enquiry.

Questions, corrections, or deletion requests

Contact mathewbarta@lightemuplighting.ca or call (647) 873-0635 about your information, to correct it, or to request deletion. We will explain if any information needs to be retained for an existing service or recordkeeping obligation.
